"Had one before. Really do help build stomach muscles. The pads are a bit rubbish, don't stick well and after not that long lose there stickiness all together. That said, you can buy permanent pads from the company but of course that costs extra and they only give you 4 pads then instead of 8. Would like them to give you 8 pads when you buy the permanent conversion. Had one before this one and the power jack fitted better. There's something not quite right about this one but it was the last in stock so I kept it. If it gets worse I will just cut away some of the plastic casing around the power jack. Takes abit of getting used to. Not a bad little gadget - works surprisingly well."

"it comes in a nice carry case, the pads can be used on any part of your body that you want to tone up. I have only had it a few days so although i can feel it working I am not seeing results yet. Bit disapointed about the fact that you need to be sat near a socket because it doesnt work if its not plugged in, so this prevents me using it while running about after the kids and doing general house jobs."
