"Nice Bag well made, with the extra Eye on Bottom to Anchor Down. The only Negative with this bag is it too light a Bag of this size should be Heavier. But a good General fitness bag."

"really good solid bag only weights about 20/30 kilos so just needs a good solid frame to attach to the wall, really easy to take on and off wall bracket if you need to, the old punch bag that i had cost double the price but was far to heavy to put onto a bracket this one is just as solid and is great for letting rip on me and my son think it is really good."
