"I read up on a few reviews and this one seemed the best for my budget my only gripe was when I got the product home and unpacked it there was no spinlocks in the box but argos exchanged the product and checked in store to see if they were in there.
They are of good weight range and easy to exchange the weights.I have only been using them for 2 weeks but have already noticed a difference in muscle tone.
