"I liked the design of this bag and bought it to go to London for the weekend and thought it would be good to use the wheels on the walk to and fron stations, and then use the shoulder strap on the tube without being annoying to everyone else!
Well it wouldn't wheel without falling over, no matter how many different ways I packed it to balance the weight, the wheels are simply too close together.
Had to carry it using the shoulder strap instead and the rings for the shoulder strap (where they clip on) started to come away from the fabric loops on the bag and then to cap it all the shoulder strap clips stretched out so the strap wouldnt stay clipped to the rings.
Took back for a refund as not fit for purpose and very disappointed."

"Very stylish holdall, idea size for taking away for a few days.
Made of strong material with the added attraction of having wheels for when your arms get tired.
Also includes a shoulder strap which was not mentioned in the details that I read."

"I reserved this item online and collected it from the store. When i got the item home and looked at it i was very dissapointed with the product quality. It was very flimsey the pull up handle was made of thin plastic and wobbled about even with no weight in the bag. Very flimsy, don't think it would cope with a trip to the airport!
The quality of the bag itself was poor, the canvass material is thin andthe print on the bag is poor.
I returned this item for a full refund, i have since purchased a much better quality bag for the same money!!
Not worth it!!!"
