"Bought as a present for someone so not used yet. Look ok though, picture online shows two suitcases the same size they are not (but I knew there were two different sizes, which is what I wanted). Would be nice if the company produced a cabin bag to match that slipped over the pull up handle. Also suitcase needs two retaining straps inside rather than the one sided one it has."

"my grandaughter is delighted with the suitcase's the price was very competitive they are of excelent quality the staff were very good tieing up the box to make it easier to for me to carry thank you for making things easy"
