"I'm just going to talk about adjusting the wrist strap of this watch for this review in case it helps someone.
The links can be easily removed with one of those mechanical pencils (I used a 0.5 mm tip) and some nail clippers.
There's a little notch on most of the links into which you can stick the tip of the pencil and coax out the rivet-thing (these connects the links together) out by a few millimetres. The nail clippers are then used to fully remove them. You need to do this twice on two adjacent links to just remove one. Reassembly is pretty straight forwards.
You can also change the length of the strap in increments of a quarter of a link-length (~2 mm)."

"I just wanted a cheap watch for general use which must have a backlight to see the time in the dark. ThIs watch has much more functionality than I needed but was half price and very good value for money. The backlight is not as good as I would have liked as it doesn't light up the whole face but you can work out roughly what the time is in the dark. The hands are fluorescent which also helps.
Also found the instructions easy to follow."
