Shocked at how poor this product was

"When I examined the light box after getting it out of the box my first impression was how bad the build quality was especially for the price. It said "Caution - glass" on the outside of the carton, but in reality the "glass" turned out to be cheap, thin, scratched and badly dimpled perspex. I then took it straight back to Argos to get my money back. For the price I would expect something of better quality all round especially the perspex which is the working area."

Does the job but leaves alot to be desired

"I recently bought this lightbox and although it was quick and easy to order i feel it could have alot more consideration in its manufacture...to begin with the lights are not a classic bayonette fitting or strip light fitting which i'm guessing makes them tricky to replace should one blow or break, the wood work is rough, the corners are sharp, the general joining effort is very poor. to top it off its not even a perfect right angles so the a3 paper doesn't even fit in properly and the lights only light up patches rather than the whole screen. I bought it to save time, but i think in the time it took me to go get it i could have built atleast one of the same standard of quality...as i say in my title it does the job, but not to the degree i would have expected for the price."

Disappointing

"My daughter has a smaller plastic version and the back light illuminates very well for easy tracing. Was so disappointed with this product, it was returned promptly. Patchy lighting which does not illuminate the whole area and would be very difficult to trace with ease. Also it was a lot of money for a wooden box, plastic screen and lightbulb"
