"This is my second purchase, as the other one's switch broke (just out of warranty sadly) so it's not long lasting but most things aren't today. However, there has been a few changes since the last model, the lid doesn't fit, it's too tight so takes a lot of effort to pull off and put back on. The base is slightly smaller and higher, so not so smooth when taking it off and on the base. Sorry I wouldn't recommend to others, as it's not that well made, but it does look good which is why it's in my kitchen and I haven't returned it."
