The Russell Hobbs Hampshire Kettle has a polished stainless steel finish and a pull back lid for easy filling. It has a rear water gauge so you can see exactly what you need. Its 'rapid boil zone' easy indicator on the inside of the kettle denoting one, two or three cups means that just one cup can be boiled in 45 seconds.

Russell Hobbs 20410 Kettle Good looking Kettle, easy to fill, light to lift, boils quickly and quietly. Does get hot as other reviews said, but surely that is to be expected when the water in it is boiling. Very good price. 24 March 2015
product has great features The kettle has a quick time boiler for when you need fast cuppa. As I am a tea lover is always good for me that I can boile only one cup when needed. Great product loved it most than the ones I have used before. 24 March 2015

There is a stepped plastic water level gauge inside rather than a see-through water gauge on the outside.

The main body of the kettle is stainless steel on the inside and outside. There's a small plastic level indicator on the inside (for measuring one, two or three cups), and also a couple of small plastic fittings leading to and from the external level indicator. The lid is plastic, as is the limescale filter.

I have looked in the user manual for you' it don,t say if its 110v/240v.
(not a very informative manual)
so its 240v only.
Sorry the manual is not more informative on power voltage,s for kettle.
(just a safety point)
for anyone that don't know
Can you plug 110 115 or 120 volt appliances into a 220 or 240 volt outlet?
