Water resistant. An indication that the watch can withstand reasonable exposure to water, the measure of depth (30m, 50m, 100m, 200m) is an indication of the extent of that resistance, the higher the depth the greater the resistance. The figures are however based on still, cold water, and the resistance performance of the watch may be affected by temperature, movement and other factors.
