"I purchased these earrings a few weeks ago and the next day one of the butterfly backs disintegrated. I returned them to the store (Barry) as faulty and they happily replaced them for me. I thought it must have been a fluke but when the second pair broke - this time the CZ came out of the claw setting - I couldn't believe it! The staff at the branch were very apologetic and refunded me immediately. Don't buy these earrings unless you like the broken look!"
