Lego FLYER Beast vs. BREEZ. 4.7 5 7 7
Flap, Flap, CRAAASH!!! Roaaaargh! Raaargh! This was my second set I got this year from Hero Factory. (Stormer Freeze Machine first) I like the poison claws and sanpping jaws. I also like the flapping wings. I like the yellow, azure, and black color combo! A very good set! By the way, he's holding an antenna! 27 July 2014
Eh, it's not bad Some people look at this set and see complete awesomeness. I look at this set, and get a boring feeling. Pros: 1. Breez minifig! 2. New beast head, claws, printed pieces, and teel blue pieces! Cons: 1. I don't like the constant teel blue that keeps popping up. 2. The set's wings are hard to pose. 3. In my opinion, it's pretty bland. But I would recommend it because I know lot of other people's opinions are different! 14 July 2014
Breez and the Flyer Beast A great set! Well done lego, you've surprised us again with megaton beasts to take on. This is actually the first beast I got and it was well worth my time. The building of it was fun, however simple, but I still enjoy using it to take down the Freeze Machine. One of my favorite parts of this set is the new Breez Figure. It looks awesome and is fun to mess around with, and so was the rest of the set. 5/5 Brick Rating 10 July 2014
A Beast to be Reckoned With! This is my first set from the Invasion from Below wave of Hero Factory, and quite frankly, I'm very impressed! Hero Factory has gone to a new level this year, with minifigure sized heroes (similar to the Piraka, Visorak, and Barraki minfig waves from Bionicle). Now on to the review: Minifigure: Breez is a great mini figure for anyone's collection. She comes with the new hero armor, and a cool transparent chain/whip weapon. Her weapon is especially interesting, because up to now, I don't think there has ever been a chain in a transparent-orange color. Breez's helmet is also a great piece; its sleek design looks very cool on the mini fig. Flyer Beast: Flyer beast was very fun to build. He has some great parts, and the light blue bone pieces complement him nicely. His grabber claw arm works well. Flyer Beast's skeletal wings have a great range of motion: they can be folded up, put into diving/hovering poses, and stretched out so he looks like he's gliding. Flyer Beast also has great playability. His grabber-claw works smoothly, his mouth is easy to open, and, to top it all off, he has a brick attachment on his back, so Breez can hitch a ride! Overall, I'm very impressed with Flyer Beast vs. Breez. It comes with great parts, has great playability, and is very posable. I recommend this set to anyone that likes Hero Factory and the Invasion from Below wave! 26 March 2014
LEGO Hero Factory Flyer Beast vs. BREEZ This is the review of Flyer beast vs. BREEZ. First of all I have to say, this is one of my favourite sets of this half of both waves (just because it flies). Flyer beast is just a great model and I like the colour scheme very much. It is a reasonable height for the hero it comes with (BREEZ). Its main weapon I would say is the radio tower mast that is ripped from the radio tower, but there?s a small problem, it is holding it with an ordinary hero hand and in other people?s opinions, they don?t like it. It doesn?t bother me too much because they?re all beasts? right? Not all of them have to be humanoid. Like its other side, a weird but awesome interactive claws! They are just awesome. But the arm is way too short for them. It would be better if they added the smallest length bone piece which I have tried and makes it look a bit better. Yet again, they?re beasts who aren?t normal. They can be as mutated as they could. The wings on flyer beast are (some would say) not wings at all. But what they need to realise is what LEGO have named the wings? skeleton wings. That?s what makes sense. Flyer beast set also has a single printed size 4 armour piece which looks like a neon spider web- which is really cool. The head mould has great eyes and the effect of one being blind because of an injury. The hero it comes with is BREEZ. She looks very well done and has a pair of rocket boots (so she can fly) and comes with a plasma/fire chain to ride and tame the flyer beast with. BREEZ is able to sit on the beasts back with a special LEGO piece which is used so her feet are able to stick down to! Pros: -poison claws -radio tower mast -cool head mould design -skeleton wings -printed armour piece -BREEZ minifigure and he weapons - Tail (as effect to beast) Cons: -arm for poison claw just a tad too small. Oh and by the way, BREEZ needs to be loved more. In the movie she was deceived/ignored 2 to 3 times XD. 25 March 2014
