Russell Hobbs 20561-10 Steamglide Steam Iron. 4.4 5 293 305
Very satisfied so far Becoming more difficult to find irons with stainless steel soleplates but this one ticked all the boxes. It is slightly heavier than my previous Morphy Richards and has a slightly shorter lead - neither of which has been a problem. 12 August 2014
Russell Hobbs 20561-10 Steamglide Steam Iron Nice size and smooth iron. Glad to have it. 08 August 2014
Excellent buy Bought this iron to replace current one with ceramic non stick plate that sticks to everything! This one is great, very smooth iron, no sticking. You can use the steam when the iron is held vertically which is great as you can give clothes on hangers a blast of steam without having to put them on an ironing board. 05 August 2014
Very good iron, even better because it was on sale. A little heavy for me but very happy with steam power. 05 August 2014

I need an iron that turns itself off after a certain amount of time because sometimes I forget to turn the iron off and have been known to leave it on all night which is obviously very dangerous.

Answer:
Hi, thank you for your question.

I have checked this for you and the Russell Hobbs 20561-10 Steamglide Steam Iron does not have an automatic turn off and this is the specification that you will need to check if this is your requirement.

Thank you for using Q & A.

Answer:
Hi, thank you for your question.

I have looked into this and I can confirm that if tap water (hard water) is used with the iron it may mean that the iron over time will create a build up of limescale.

Thank you for using Question and Answer.
