Television I was very happy with this t.v and the excellent help from the lovely young lady , only gripe is that the next week the price reduced by £30 ! 09 September 2014
Looks great, great visuals too. 04 September 2014
brilliant buy. this tv has everything i wanted from a H.D tv, and it was excellent value. 02 September 2014
Great TV If you are looking for a good screen, sound and picture then this TV is perfect, however if your are looking for a modern smart tv I wouldn't recommended, you cannot add additional apps and the only one's I can use are youtube and BBC I player, netflix etc are not available. Overall a great buy for a TV size upgrade 28 August 2014

Answer:
Much easier is to use DLNA!

If your Laptop (or other device) supports DLNA, you can use this protocol with this TV. NOte, TV has to be connected to your local network (via Wifi or EthernetCable)

Answer:
Hi Sandy,
You can connect your laptop to the TV by the HDMI connection or if your laptop doesn't have an HDMI output you can connect it to the TV by the VGA connection for the video output and the side AV connection for audio (this is covered in the IB).

Answer:
Hi ellie-lou,
If your router for your sky broadband is close to where you want to put the TV you can connect the two products using a LAN (ethernet) cable. If you want to connect the TV to a wireless network you will need to purchase the dongle.

Hi Normski,
Recording programmes directly on the TV is not possible. In order to do this you will need an external recording box as you suspected.

Answer:
Hi Normski,
If you are satellite box is able to receive channels then there is no issue with connecting your satellite box go the TV to watch that content. It is possible that your satellite content provider transmits the Freeview channels as part of their package. If however you do not receive the Freeview channels through your satellite content provider and want to watch them you will need a terrestrial aerial input to tune the TV into them
Hope that helps
