Bush 50in tv Excellent tv quality and price. 19 August 2014
Very good for the price 19 August 2014
This product is well worth the money. I didn't expect the TV to be as good as it is. The price is great and you do get a really good picture. I like the style of it with the narrow border so the TV does not look too big in my living room. Easy to use. Would defiantly recommend it. 19 August 2014
value for money bought this for our son who is thrilled with the tv. the remote wouldn't work at first which was strange, but did start working evetually 14 August 2014
value for money Very happy with this tv. once you sort your settings out the picture and sound are fine . 12 August 2014

Answer:
It's played everything I'v thrown at it either mp4,mp3 avi all from a USB stick and even from a micro sd memory card via a usb adaptor. I do use a HDMI since It is plugged into my desktop as a 2nd screen so it makes watching things easier than messing around with USB sticks etc.As for the person saying they tried VLC (which is not a format) I would say invest yourslf a HDMI cable if your playing it from a laptop and not from a USB device (These are memory cards or sticks and not a laptop.)

Answer:
It says it plays all formats via the USB but I have tried MP4, VLC etc etc. It doesn't play any kind of format through the USB. I get a picture with MP4 but no sound. Badly advertised and disappointing as I can't watch any downloaded films on my laptop through the TV.

Its says the depth of the tele is 25.5cm without the stand and 62cm with the stand, this just doesn't seem right to me. Can someone who has bought it let me know if this is right? We have just bought a TV stand for a 50 inch TV and the depth of the stand is only 40cm so if this is right it will be 22cm too small (depth wise).

If this is correct then the picture looks diseaving as it looks like a slim line TV to me.

Answer:
Well it certainly can accept standard definition Freeview. It however seemed incapable of receiving Freeview HD. Tried using a Freeview HD PVR using the same aerial lead and there was no problem. I would be VERY VERY surprised if this TV had been through Digital TV Testing Labs as it seemed to fail to recognise the Offset broadcast on the BBC B Mux. You see a glimpse of signal on the channel below where it should receive be.
Don't buy if you expect to receive Freeview HD direct from your aerial.

Answer:
Brett, I've just had one of these delivered and picture quality is rubbish whether I use it on Freeview, Freesat or on a Bush up-scaling DVD player. Reds come out a sort of muddy mauve and if you use the 'personal' settings to try and correct that there's no way of storing it so you have to re-set the colours every time the source is changed or the TV is switched on. My advice - buy something else.

Answer:
Yes,but not Freeview HD.I bought one yesterday with the soundbar offer and I must say that my first opinion, is that it is a bit grainy on normal freeview. But then i turned on my xbox 360 and BOOM, the picture came to life and it is amazing! So if you're going to buy one, I suggest either buying a freeview HD box, youview or sky.
