"Comfortable pillow. Not firm (my last type of memory foam pillow was too hard that it hurt my ears) Although this pillow is small in length it still provides a comfortable head area/position."

Awful! Took it back

"I bought this as i've just had major surgery & my shoulders & neck are painful. This was like sleeping on a slab of concrete, it didn't seem to offer any support to the neck area, just made it ache even more! Went back to my trusty V-pillow which offered far more support & comfort!"
