"Having bought one of these in the past, I knew what to expect. This product makes a fabulous MATTRESS PROTECTOR, and if you buy it as such, you won't be disappointed.
If you're looking for a mattress topper, I would try something else- the photo makes it look much thicker than it really is."

exactly what we wanted

"Bought this for my sons bed for two reasons, to protect his mattress and to increase his comfort. Am delighted to say it does both. Because of the cotton element he doesn't get too cold or too hot. The topper also stays in place which is fab considering he's a little wriggler! Overall very happy with this purchase."

Poor relation

"Bought to replace existing to put on new bed/matress- identical or so I thought but this product is of poorer quality, it is thinner and has an almost mesh like underside wheras the original was akin to a slim duvet,shame really quite disappointed with John Cotton, plus side, elasticated corner tapes far superior than skirts for holding to mattress which is another reason I replaced what I thought was like for like"
