If so this simple guide may help. If your appliance has automatic or universal voltage there is no need to make any adjustment. If your appliance has a dual voltage switch you will not need to change the setting for European countries, most of which have 220-230V supply systems, although an adaptor would be required. However, if you take your appliance to the USA or Japan, you will need to change to the 110-130V setting. Please take great care to switch back to the 220-230V setting on your return to the UK or other European country.
