- Maximum weight 89kg (14 stone) for Gliding, 95kg (15 stone) for White Water Rafting and 108kg (17 stone) for Extreme Rally and Indoor Skydiving.

- Extreme Rally - Ripon (North Yorkshire), Towcester (Northamptonshire), Weybridge (Surrey).
- Indoor Skydiving - Milton Keynes (Buckinghamshire).
- Gliding - Dover (Kent), Nr Colchester (Essex), Skillington (Lincolnshire).
