  • This service operated from London, Liverpool Street in the morning and ran to Norwich Thorpe, Cromer and eventually Sheringham, returning to London the same evening.

  • The service was inaugurated on the 27 September 1948 and was one of the first newly named train services created by the then fledgling British Railways.

  • This Hornby Great British Train pack features the BR Standard Class 7MT locomotive 'Black Prince' pulling a rake of MK1 coaches with the livery of all denoting that the model is how the train would have been seen in the early 1950s.

  • Pack contains one BR (late) Britannia 'Black Prince' Locomotive, one BR MK1 Brake coach and two BR MK1 Composite coaches.

  • This pack is one of a Limited Edition of 1500 pieces.

  • For ages 8 and over.
