Easiest... ...ever thing that I have had to put together. i did it on my own in about 10mins. really simple and easy. AND it looks amazing in my hallway instaed of all the coats hanging over the banisters - would recommend it to anyone 27 April 2013

Wobbly and not vertical. Having read the reviews I was prepared to give this a go. Once the flimsy black plastic base cover was attached to the feet, and the bottom section of the upright, it became clear that it was going to wobble on a flat wooden floor; also the extension pole could not be made to screw in so that the pole would be upright. So far then I have a wobbly base and an off centre upright. Time to put in back in the box for a refund. I didn't expect superb quality but I did expect it to sit square in the floor and be upright! 12 March 2013
