Couldn't make this work

"Not only was this device uncomfortable to wear (the band sits at the back of your neck and can't be altered like headphones), it squished my face forward into a bunch of wrinkles which I don't think can be a good thing if I'm supposed to wear it for 20 mins every day.
The main reason I returned it however is because I just couldn't get the left side to work. I could feel it buzzing, but only the right side of my face was twitching - didn't matter what intensity or programme, it just wasn't happening.
It also really jangles your dental nerves if you get it in the wrong place. Sorry, just cannot recommend this at all and was happy to hand it back for a refund."

"A fantastic idea and as a first generation its not bad but could do with a little tweaking. I have found it difficult to keep in position on my face, it would be easier if you could keep in place with say perhaps an adjustable head band or similar, as i have a small face and it falls off if i move around. However i have persevered and i feel a little firmer."
