"I wanted an alarm watch with a robust case and strap and this model certainly does that.
But, the alarm is very quiet (I've slept through it once already!).
The other features are just unnecessary gimmicks. The temperature detector tells me how warm my arm is ?? and the tides feature doesn't work for the North Sea. Maybe when I have half an hour, I'll spend time working out how to correct this.
I like the hands (hadn't even considered this when choosing) but they can 'get in the way' of other dial read-outs.
I set up the timer for 5 minute workouts when I'm at the gym but it is also too quiet to be heard above the other noises around. Maybe a vibration version next time :-)"

"This watch looked good in the book and i'm pleased with it on. I needed to remove links from the strap its not difficult but a little frustrating but fits good now.
Plenty of gadgits on this watch which makes it more interesting ie. Temp tides stop watch alarm etc. but therein lies the problem the instruction manuals not the best and you need to press numerous buttons to carry out the functions, so keep the manual handy.
