"Bought as birthday present for Grandson. Worn once. Whilst he was out walking with parents, the face and surround came off and was lost. Had to return it which was exchanged for another. Hope this one lasts longer."

"Brought for son for xmas, had to have one link taken out as little large, but the identity bracelet doesn't have this option and is very tight and hard to do up. Would be helpful if the length of bracelet and watch was listed in description. This is described as a 'teenagers' watch, I think that no average teenager would be able to use the identity bracelet as this would be too small."
