"I bought this item basically to restart a hobby I had a number of years ago. I have always been interested in art but never quite had the time to continue with it. Now I've retired, it's different as I have a little time on my hands to do something I enjoy. This is a decent starter kit and would be of benefit to a youngster who is interested in their own art but doesn't quite have the cash for the really expensive items needed. You do need to remember that this item is good for a starter kit and is not really aimed at the already serious artist."

"my daughter got this as a christmas present. for what it is, colouring pencils in a wooden box, its over priced. the pencils sharpen and colour well but the plastic pencil holder has come away from the wooden box."
