"You get 3 resistance bands varying in strength. I thought they are very good quality and you can get lots of use out of them. You can pay lots more money for just band bought somewhere else."

"I like the bands, which I use at 'odd' times of the day. The only thing I could criticise is that they are a bit short, they do stretch slightly with use but they could do with being about 1ft longer."
