"Good variety of options in terms of heat, speed and type of drying. Only down side is that the lead is rather short compared to my old hair dryer - could be twice as long to be really useful."

Disappointing

"This is a lovely looking product, but unfortunately the diffuser lets it's down badly. I have medium length, thick red hair and the size of the diffuser is very, very poor - 3 inches in diameter just isn't enough. Needless to say I have returned it for a refund. Real shame considering a professional Hair Dresser has put his name to it - I don't think he's actually seen or even used it!"

"a little bit heavy and i keep pressing the buttons accidntly whilst drying my hair but i think once i get used to it it will be fine.Good value for money."
