This kingsize mattress topper from Posture Zone has a specially designed 'extra filling' in the central zone to provide superior comfort and support to key pressure points such as the back, torso, hips and shoulders. 50% cotton and 50% polyester cover. 50% cotton and 50% polyester reverse. 100% microfibre polyester filling.
