Does exactly what it says on the tin!

"Really lovely soft texture, not the thickest topper but it really does do the job. We use it on a second hand mattress for my elderly inlaws and they find it incredibly comfortable and I now can't get my toddler off the bed as he loves it too! The fleece cover makes all the difference and it really is very soft."

"Not what I expected, probably expected to much but there you go! very thin, flimsy, coldish(depends), will not smooth bumps much."
