"The Power Ball is very useful for strengthening my arms and wrists for golf etc. Small enough to carry round and simple to use. Good value for money, basic ball, no flashing lights or scoremeters that you can't see anyway."

"i bought this for my grandson and i havent given it to him yet but my husband had this one bought for him last christmas to help with his golf he found it usefull and my grandsons like to see who can keep it going the longest so i am sure he will like having his own"

"After suffering an wrist/elbow injury, I bought this to assist with recovery. It does help, but it is a shame that with the video hype which tells of world records and knowing what amount of excercise is completed etc, you trust that the ones shown are as you buy them.
Mine is not.
It has no counter (Which photo/videos show) so you can't see if you are doing more or less excercise each time."
