"the sound quality was tinny. There are no bass or treble controls. It wouldn't tune into my local station and there is no carrying handle.

"It is a great radio, good sound - music and speech - very glad I bought it. I've wanted a DAB radio for ages and trying this out the first time I was as excited as when I got my first transistor radio all those years ago, I was dancing round the kitchen! I love being able to store so many stations and change stations so quickly. Works well on batteries too."

"I purchased this radio as a moveable item for upstairs so I can have my favourite radio station on wherever I am in the house. (I already have a DAB radio in the kitchen).
I got it in the Argos sale (half price) and was very pleased with the ease of setting it up and the lovely clear sound it gives, although I think it is also worth the full asking price.
I would definietly recommend this radio."

"I love this radio,as I can finally get the stations I've been missing, in my kitchen since I moved 4 years ago!
I found that DAB radios are generally quite expensive & a bit too retro for my liking. But this one is sleek & more modern & fits the bill perfectly for me. Only 4 stars as sound can go a bit 'tinny' at very high volume...but volume is fairly good so no need to have it excessively high. Bargain at the Half price sale...so glad I got it!"
