"The shelves looked excellent value for money, but they are not. The locating pins do not have the right fittings plugs or screws. The shelf is hollow which means the hidden weight bearing pins float inside the shelf. This means the shelf tilts forward when all fitted together so everything on the shelf slides off. I had to apply no nails to the shelf which is very hit and miss and this meant I could not take the item back. I did phone argos and told them Many of the previous reviews are about several different types of fixings for the shelf so they are not accurate. Disappointed at the extremely poor quality."

"Nice looking shelf a shame the fixtures that come with it aren't really strong enough for it. Had to go out and buy stronger fittings."

"I FOUND THE DESIGN IS VERY POOR IN THAT THE SHELF CAN NOT BE FIRMLY FIXED TO THE BRACKETS, THERE IS TOO MUCH MOVEMENT OF THE SHELF AND IT TILTS FORWARDS & DOWNWARDS WITH ANY WEIGHT WHATSOEVER. NOT A GOOD DESIGN. WASTE OF MONEY!"
