"It has been less than a month and the back will not stay up right and every time I sit on it the chair sinks to the lowest level!"

Weak Backrest

"The chair has not lasted more than a few weeks and does not have a strong enough support for the back 'cushion'
We are in the process of getting a replacement"

Do not recommend

"Not a good chair. After assembly the back was sitting at a 45 degree angle and did not give any support. When i did lean back it was like being horizontal. The back was only held in place with one not so sturdy screw.
Returned for a refund.
Would have given 0 stars but had to selcect at least one."
