Great for peace and quiet

"We bought this after we were fed up of our 2 year old screaming for our 2 hour journeys. We also have a 4 year old - both of whom like different things. We chose this product mainly because you can watch either 2 separate dvds or the same dvd from one socket - absolutely amazing!!! The sound quality is fabulous (although we are getting a bit fed up of a mixture of Thomas the Tank Engine, Cars 2 and Radio 1 in the front seats(our fault!)). It's easy to turn from the front passenger seat to change the dvds or press play/skip and the remote controls are fabulous too. Our only investment after buying this will be some "over the head" headphones for our 4 year old as I don't really like him wearing the "in the ear" type headphones which they come with.
Very hard wearing as our 2 year old has a habit of putting his feet on the screen and no marks yet!
To sum it up - we now have a very peaceful 2 hour journey and it was well worth the money!"

"Can't believe that it took me so long to get around to getting one of these. With a 12 and a 7 year old I opted for this model so they could watch their own thing , but there is the option for both to watch the same movie. They come with a single 12V car socket that powers both, also a 3 pin plug. look at buying earphones, that the kids like, and don't underestimate how loud it can sound when they don't like the earphones and the speaker is right behind your head.. My 7 YO spent most of the time playing the games that come with bonus disks. Annoying that it went back to the start of the DVD each time I stopped the car, but didn't read the manual yet, and the remote has a "memory" button on it. So far so good on a return trip to Ireland"

Was concerned after reading Daily Mail (I know) review about DVD players flying around the car in crashes about how it may attach to the front headrest, but am satisfied that this DVD player will not move in a collision.
