"it isn't the easiest to assemble and mine is slightly bowed and it is noticeable. however it looks great and holds all my kids dvds. its robusrt and can handle the kids using it every day."

"Although a bit tricky to construct perhaps compared to other well known self-build brands, once you get going with the glue your away.
It seemed to be a darker beech if that matters to you, but perhaps one pack is never the same as the next.
Overall happy with the purchase."

"Bought this bookcase for my son's bedroom and although the outside and shelving is good, I was disappointed as the back board was in two parts held together with tape resembling sellotape. I felt this let the quality of the bookcase down. I did however think the edge detail finished the bookcase off nicely.
It is slightly top heavy and does need fixing to a wall (fixings of nylon strip provided). I wasn't convinced this would support it enough but it has without any problems.
We did purchase this while on offer and would not pay full price for it."
