"We returned this kettle as there was a small leak underneath the spout. I wasn't happy with it anyway. I thought it was cheap looking and there was plastic inside it (next to the spout, to hold the filter).I choose stainless steel kettles as I don't want any plastic in them."

"Nice looking kettle.Disapointed that you can't switch the kettle off before its finished boiling as the kettle switch dosn't allow. Find the kettle very noisy. This isn't a cheaply priced kettle, expected better for the price. Disapointed with this product!"

Excellent cordless kettle

"This kettle is an excellent cordless type, nicely styled, and easy to handle. It was purchased to replace an identical existing model (well, almost identical, the new one is in polished chrome, the previous was brushed satin) The downside is they don't appear to last for more than about 3 years, the element (hidden) just gives up, and cannot be repaired. A pity, because it's otherwise a nice product.."
