Manual Treadmill

"The couriers were excellent in that they rang before delivery and confirmed their arrival time. To which they abided by.
The Treadmill was simple enough to assemble, but would be best assembled with two people. It's important to read the instructions before trying to assemble it as there are a few different,but similar looking, bits that need identifying before assembly. Once up the treadmill did require adjustment to the belt. Again the instructions are clear. Tip ! I got someone to walk on the treadmill whilst I tweeked the belt settings. This worked great.
The treadmill is NOT a replacement for the more expensive gym type and I would NOT recommend running on it. My wife wanted to carry on her walking regime over the cold wet winter nights. This she is able to do whilst watching TV. Happy days for her. The portability is fine, although when folded it is quite awkward, heavy and wider than the average door frame. You need to turn it side ways, and this makes a nonesense of the wheel assemble, being one-directional.
Other than that . . .I'm a happy camper, or walker in my wife's case.

Not bad for the price

"Bought this treadmill about a month ago. Have only used it a few times and its fine for walking. The incline really makes a big difference from just walking on a flat surface. However, don't buy this treadmill if you are expecting to jog or run. Invest a bit more money to buy an electric treadmill."

"Getting more of a workout because its a manual so you do the work instead of the machine. It is on a permanent incline but this just adds to the intensity. I love it."

Good For The Price

"I purchased this item to replace my previous manual treadmill that had broke (which i had for several years) excellent value for money and i foud it easy to assemble and use the only problem i had was it is bulkier when folded up than it appears in the picture and as i didn't measure the gap where my old one was (it fitted neatly behind a door ) the new one would not."
