"Had to take this back. Used it with a 4' everlast bag and the bracket bounced and shook when used. Not strong enough at all. Had a bracket made myself. Maybe ok for a lighter bag"

"Quality was fair but far too lightweight for a heavy bag and I suspect the fittings would not have been sufficient to hold it on the wall for very long."
