"Basically you get what you pay for here, ideal for walking on as you have to work a little bit harder than a mechanical treadmill. I'm 5'7" and found it un-comfortable to run on as hunched over as I couldn't run without holding onto the handles. You can't adjust the incline, but a piece of 4x2 under the back helps! Also you can't adjust the tension on the belt. If you want to get fit the lazy way in front of the TV then perfect. Bonus of folding up very neatly. If you have the space and money then pay a bit more and buy a mechanical treadmill if you want to run or serious walking!"

"Looked at buying an electrical treadmill but in the end decided on this one. So glad that I did. Very good machine, very easy to put together. It don't take up much room in the house and folds away very nicely. Walking or running is very easy to do. Would recommend to anyone who wants to get fit in the comfort of their own home."
