"Fantastic Product, I purchased this as i had an operation on a ruptured tendon in my left arm and now need to strengthen up my biceps again. Fantastic Weight combo's and the Instructions with the weights are so user friendly my Daughter now use them too. The weights also fit my York bench, Double bonus. A Very well made product and a great way to train without the excessive cost of a gym. Hats of to York And Argos for this product."
