These have traditional metal springs that give comfortable, effective support. Generally, the more springs they contain the firmer the support.
Open coil fantastic all round great value spring system, an ideal mattress for adults or children
Continuous spring Gives a smooth, responsive feel with no roll-together properties.
Zoned mattresses offers support where your body needs it most - in the middle of the bed.
Pocket sprung Has individual springs, held in place in fabric, preventing roll-together. A comfortable, supportive and durable mattress.
The top layer, between you and the springs, significantly affects how the bed feels to sleep on.

As a general rule, the heavier you are, the firmer the mattress you will need. To help you choose, we label all our mattresses as medium, medium/firm, firm or extra firm.
Many of our mattresses have a treated cover which helps to provide lasting protection against house dust mites, fungus and allergies.
A no-turn mattress does not need to be taken off the bed and turned upside down. It simply needs to be rotated from top to bottom, without having to remove it completely from the bed.
