"do not purchase this product,it freezes up all the time and you have to keep turning it off at the mains to get it to work again as you cannot use the remote to do this,this is really a bad product I have tried 3 of them and returned all"

"The first box I received was clearly a returned one from another customer as the PIN had been entered by them and I could not get it to work.
Argos exchanged this without question and the second one works well, clear SCART and HDMI pictures & easy to use menus.
I am confused by the Ethernet port though as Alba provide only a 'for future expansion' statement."

"Only tiny grumble is that it would be easier for novice users if the "easy setup" guide put more emphasis on the need to switch the TV's "source" to HDMI: apparent total absence of signal baffled me for an hour before I spotted the point on re-re-reading the full manual."

"Tried to deleat unwanted channels.Totally failed.E mailed manhatton-receivers ,as stated in user guide,.Manhatton replied that they DO NOT supply this item.It looks as if I am stuck with all the rubbish channels."
