five years. Reservation was fine,as was service

The EPG is a bit clunky and you can't just hit a channel number to jump - you have to scroll through all the channels which is painfully slow - On a couple of occasions I've noticed reception glitches and slight lipsync delay but it doesn't last long - other than that though, it does what it says on the tin.
Very easy to set up and a well laid out remote make this an ideal first timers freeview recorder."
