"An excellent fan, scored average on ease of use because of the amount of features packed into the fan's controller.
A programmable timer would have been more useful if it had been "n minutes till fan on, then n minutes of fan activity" rather than the slightly mad programming of the fan on/off by the half hour for 8 hours. It takes ages to set up a program (which can only be done on the remote control).

It scored average on value for money because for the money paid, I'd expect something with slightly higher build quality; the fan's base is heavy enough, but doesn't inspire confidence for the first little while; the fan can feel like it's going to tip over (it hasn't yet though).
Once assembled and running, the fan is quiet and moves a good amount of air around. For all it's shortcomings, I still rate the fan on the whole as "Good"."

"Excellent fan, mode options are good and the digital display doesnt keep you awake at nght as not too bright. A great buy especially for ladies who have "tropical" moments. Sound is not too bad either in that its never annoyed me and made me switch it off."
