"Sick of paying Sky for the use of their recording facility on the Sky+ Box I decided to go for a Freeview+ HD Box. After reading many reviews on various makes I plumped for the Humax. It does what it says on the box and more. It is connected to a communal ariel and the quality and ease of use is great. Full marks for a very reasonably priced item."

"I've had several PVR's in the past all with faults in the basic design. I heard Humax was different - it is! It does everything I want and then some! Easy to set up and very user friendly. Any friendlier and it would make a cup of tea! I could wax lyrical all day about this machine but suffice to say it may be a liittle more expensive but you certainly get what you pay for."

"Have only had this recorder for just over a week so am still trying to get my head round the different ways to record. I already have a basic humax, but this is very different and much more sophisticated. I think it would probably do the house work if I could find the instructions. Does more than I probably need but well worth the money. I do not know what epg means"
