"Absolute pants. Great if you live in the Midlands and speak Welsh as these were the only channels the box picked up. Okay you could say that was transmitter faults but no other box has done this.
Also the box starts up, freezes after 10-20 seconds and then reboots. Does nothing else! Worst product every purchased. Soon went back!"

"Its a very good product for what it does, but it can be a bit tempermental and sometime whilst watching tv it cuts out and turns off. Also, when you put it in standby it takes a long time to respond and switch back on again.
It is one of the only freeview boxes that come with a slot for a top up TV card and if you live in a rented building that doesnt allow sky it is ideal."

"This digital recorder was very easy to set up, all you had to do was follow the wizzard. I was told that I may need a dish to receive all the channels, however I only have a digital areial and this was enough to receive all the channels I wanted to watch. Not sure if I can use the "pay" channels although in fairness I probably wouldn't bother anyway.
I find the remote control rather slow when entering a command but it may just need better batteries
All in all I would certainly recommend this product as it certainly saves a lot of money on subscriptions !!!!"

"Was looking for a recorder that supported Top Up TV to get Sky Sports. This box does that, but the quality is not good. Experienced multiple crashes and freezes, especially while attempting to record and watch at the same time. The boot time is also annoyingly long. I have returned it and they have given me another, but from other reviews am not too optimistic. I would avoid this one."
