"This is an excellent product - still delightfully fresh in its classic design and with great sound quality. Because of our location in a deep valley in North Oxfordshire we need first class AM/FM senstivity - just what the Roberts CD 9959 offers. There's plenty of volume for our busy country kitchen and the clever see through CD lid is a further useful feature. Well done Argos for having it in stock"

"I have to give this Roberts radio CD player negative feedback because i was unable to receive the FM frequencie,i replaced with another brand which i had no problem with.The over all size and weight however was good."

"I bought this machine because I needed a portable CD player and I am pleased with the quality of the product in this respect. It is very easy to carry around. However, it has been difficult to tune in to some of the radio stations I like to listen to - my old machine was better for this."

"I brought this CD player for my elderly father who is almost blind. I needed a CD player that had large controls that he can feel easily. Although not all buttons are large, most are. The sound quality is very good as well which was as important. My Father is very pleased with the CD player."
