"You have to put your tv remote within 2 inches or so of the recieving eye to change channel in the 2nd room. What a waste of money. I could have acheived the same with a wire! Don't waste your hard earned money."

"Tried a few other devices to no avail, gave this one a go and it works a treat. We live in an apartment in an 1850's victorian villa VERY THICK WALLS !! This one did the trick whereas others failed !!"

"This item was to replace an old unit I had which suffered a lot from the usual interference to which these units are prone.
The unit worked well right from the start whithout having to find just the right place to stop any interference. The two inputs are very useful and switching from one to another could not be easier with the supplied remote control.The transmission of the remote control back to the unit being controlled remotely works well. This was a problem with my old unit. Just give some thought to the positioning of the remote transmitting eye so that it can see the units to be controlled.
All in all a very good unit."

"did not work at all, tried everything,what a waste of time, if your house is of an older build, real bricks and mortar, then you have no chance, thanks to Argos for taking this back."
