"A very useful Big Button Phone. However, the battery life stated of "up to" 170 hours on standby, whilst technically correct, just didn't materialise after following the charging instructions to the letter. It managed only 24 hours.

"This phone seemed great, just what my mother needed, however I have returned as couldn't get Vodafone, the replacement was also returned as the charger wouldn't charge but got very hot! I now have another but it lookes like this one will also go back. Oh dear!"

"Bought this for my elderly mother in law, she was having problems seeing the buttons on her phone the buttons are much bigger on this and it also has an sos button which can call 3 emergency numbers of your choice which is perfect for her. Very basic ie no camera etc"
