"I chose this phone for my dad but was very disappointed with what he received. Although the phone itself seems fine, he found it impossible to get started without help because the instructions provided were in PDF format on a disc and since he doesn't have a computer he couldn't work out what to do. What should have been a nice gift instead became a source of frustration and humiliation for him. I'm really angry."

"Bought as first phone for young child when she's out and about. It probably is just as useful as a second /emergency phone for the house. Easy to use though feels a bit clunky. Radio/music feature good. Camera ok. Only real problem was inputting the voucher code as wasn't able to ring the 150 to credit it because there wasn't enough credit! Don't know how this is going to work in future."

"Wanted an inexpensive phone for my daughter to take on a school trip abroad in case she lost it.
